The Global Supplier Programme, originally launched in the late 1990s by the Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC), has returned as a collaborative effort between PSDC and VAT Group. This initiative is geared towards enhancing Penang’s local SMEs by aligning them with global standards and bolstering their competitiveness internationally.
