RECENT WATER SUPPLY disruptions in Penang have left locals shaken, and questions about water security have become the talk of the town. However, the state’s water authority, Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP), is confident in the strategies they have laid out to ensure taps do not run dry in the long run.
