Park and ride is best!Penang plans to introduce a Bridge Express Shuttle Transit (best) to shuttle commuters from Seberang Jaya on the mainland to the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone (fiz) on the island at no charge.Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng announced that the “park and ride” system was recently approved at a state exco meeting and is scheduled to begin on March 1.
