The latest new infrastructures in Penang are “speed tables”. They can be seen in and around Pulau Tikus, a township that is associated with rich Penangites and tasty but relatively expensive hawker foods. Recently, the area has also undergone a drastic rearrangement of traffic flow.When laws are broken without consequence, then non-compliance becomes the norm.
