Young People of Chew Jetty

AT ANY OF the Clan Jetties, what is striking is the lack of younger residents. When asked, jetty residents themselves find it difficult to name young adults who are still living at the jetties. While it is natural for people to come and go, this poses some challenges for a small heritage community like that in the Clan Jetties.I decided to interview at least two youngsters who are still living at Chew Jetty — finding them was no easy feat....
