THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC has forced employers and employees alike to rapidly embrace changes to their work arrangements to ensure business continuity. Whether it be flexibility in location or working hours, the experiences of the pandemic have ensured that flexible work will have a continued presence in the workplace.
