EXHIBITIONLooking for Meaningful Connection is a solo exhibition by Queen Lee, a Penang-born visual artist. The introspective exhibition features meditative watercolour paintings of fish and birds in different shoaling formations, embroidery works inspired by the artist’s experience growing up in Penang in the 80s, memories of her late father, a collaborative work with her two sisters, and a series of acrylic paintings about her recent unfruitful online dating encounters.
