Clever and charming ways of reclaiming public spaces are getting Penangites to go out into the open again.The public was invited to put their creative stamps on the yellow chairs at Hin Bus Depot during the weeks leading up to George Town Festival 2016.Some 120 colourfully decorated, freestanding yellow chairs were scattered around the George Town heritage zone last August.
