Meet Sesame, Meet Soy

Soy is open from 12.00pm to 2.30pm daily for lunch while Sesame is open from 6.30pm to 10.30pm daily for dinner. For more information, please call G Hotel at +604 238 0000 or email

We are at Sesame + Soy, a Pan Asian Chinese restaurant on the first floor of G Hotel at Gurney Drive. Interestingly the restaurant is split into two different dining spaces, called Sesame and Soy. I like to think of Sesame as the older, more attractive sister, while Soy is simpler, more modest and younger, yet equally as characteristic and strong.

In Soy, natural light flows in from a large bay window at one side of the room; when the sun goes down, bamboo dividers form little shadow plays on the generous floor space. You could feel equally at ease in this room for gossip sessions with friends or an office luncheon.
