Salmon, barramundi, catfish, mackerel, prawns, crabs and other shy delights sumptuously feature in G Café’s Fisherman’s Village Dinner Buffet, available until December 30 in G Hotel. During this time, sous- chef Hamizi and his team proudly present their top notch “Kampong Style” creations.
There is no cold hard rule to eating at a buffet, but to not miss out on anything, we started with the line-up of appetizers, diving into the refreshing and modest seafood salad. Our appetites whetted, we moved on to the prawn salad, a medley of seafood on ice which we saw several people generously pile onto their plates. It was easy to see, or rather, taste why – the salad consists of shiny prawns, scallops served on their beautiful shells and mussels with at least four di erent kinds of dressings.
