Saturday, May 13, was a breezy morning. I was among a ragtag group of adolescents and adults, sitting on the steps of the quaint pavilion on the grounds of St George’s Church, right in the heart of George Town. The air was still cool and the spot shady.
We were at the first stopping point of the Heritage in Penang (HIP) Trail, an activity organised as part of the HIP Project.
