Tucked away in Wisma Yeap Chor Ee, a stately building nestled in the heart of George Town, Yin’s Sourdough Pizza is husband-andwife duo Ong Seng Keat and Chan Su Yin’s latest business venture.
A brief stint in the US sparked Su Yin’s passion for baking healthy bread, particularly sourdough bread. Touted as the Adam and Eve of breads, sourdough has many health benefits – it helps lower blood sugar levels and aids digestion, and its lengthy fermentation process allows iron, zinc and magnesium, antioxidants, folic acid and other vitamins to be easily absorbed by our bodies.
